I have payment protection with my agreement. How do I make a claim?

You can make a claim by contacting the policy provider on 0870 720 0742 which is for both policy enquires and claims.

Claims could also be sent to: Claims Department, Cardif Pinnacle, Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2XX.

Cancellation requests to: Customer Services Department Claims Cardif Pinnacle, Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2XX.

I have been mis-sold a payment protection policy. What do I do?

It depends how you were sold the policy:

Point of sale - Under FCA Regulations any concern regarding the sale of the policy should be directed to the retailer who sold the vehicle to you.

Resolicitation – You will need to contact the policy provider. Please ensure the agreement number and registration number is included in your letter to them.

How do I cancel my payment protection policy?

You can cancel the policy at anytime providing we receive a signed instruction requesting cancelation – We will need the instruction before your next payment is due to prevent collection.
